Rustic Lager Beer is an easy-drinking lager brewed with the heritage barley variety Plumage Archer, plus spelt and wheat. Hopped with German Tettnag, Hallertau Blanc and Ariana.
Our very own brewer Johnny Hamilton did a very exciting collab brew with himself. More accurately this is a collaboration with Johnny's magazine Pellicle to celebrate their 4th birthday.
