We love tracing back over the classics here at Polly's HQ - revisiting the beers that put us firmly on the map and giving them a distinctly 2022 spin, with all the tips, tricks and techniques we've learned along the way. Ekuanot Mosaic was a pairing we visited several times during our first year of existence in 2018; scaling it up to a kickass DIPA, back through the IPAs and down to Pale strength. Reform Repeat takes the blueprints we set four years ago and treats them to the thoroughly modern Polly's style we're so infamous for today. Expect the usual tangerine, bubblegum and berry medley notes of in-house favourite Mosaic, paired up with strong citrus, cedar, and papaya notes from the often underlooked Ekuanot. Wrapped up in our bespoke Polly's LA3 strain, this is our 2018 foundation brought roaring into the present.
