Reel 7% IPA (TALUS | MOSAIC)
Have you tried Talus? We’ve become a bit obsessed with this hop variety down at Beak. We’ve used it in our latest IPA - REEL - and are really happy with the results. This beer is pouring a washed-out peachy orange and has a thick creamy Boddingtons-like head with flavours reminiscent of ripe blueberries, fresh lavender, rosemary and Parma Violents (believe it)!
