West Coast beers - our first true love. Now, we'll be the first to admit that drinking such a beer during a UK Autumn day, especially on a Manchester Industrial Estate, isn't quite the same as the beautiful West Coast of America. However, we can do our best to replicate and innovate with those beers that take us back to such a time, looking out over a stunning coastline, the sun on the back of our necks and a cold, crisp Pale Ale, hopped delicately with Simcoe with a balanced bitterness that keeps dragging you back in for another sip.
