We love starting the year with an old school brew, and RANDOM RULES is definitely one of them! Following a road trip across the Nelson region of New Zealand back in 2011, the eponymous hop quickly became a favourite of our head brewer James. Nelson Sauvin is placed front and centre in this brew, punching hard with Citra, adding heaps of citrus and tropical fruits. We've also garnished it with a sprinkle of Enigma for a certain added extra that we can't quite place...but rather like.
Today, RANDOM RULES represents years of striving to select and secure incredible batches of Nelson Sauvin, recapturing all those flavour-packed feelings felt 14 years ago!
