Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. Mosaic is the apple of many a beer geek’s eye, and with good reason as this variety is a full flavoured banger of a hop! The sensory spectrum is a thing of beauty, from blueberry to mango and lemon with floral notes and hints of pine and spice. It brings so much to the table (or glass) and is a hop we love to use.
