Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. Goldings are a classic British hop and have played an essential role in many great UK beers over the decades. They deliver delicate earthy notes with spicy, floral undertones. Expect a balanced sweetness throughout this beer with juicy splashes of
apricot and marmalade.
