Our typical bottom-fermented dark beer with 12.9 degrees original gravity and 5.2% alcohol.
Brewed with Munich and caramel malt and finished with the best Hallertau aromatic hops, we brewed our Basalter Dunkel for the first time in 2014 for the Northern Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park and gave it the symbol of our region, the “Rauhen Kulm”.
