Single hopped Idaho 7 DIPA with our favourite North-West yeast.
Excuse us while we geek out and get all excited. This DIPA is made with a British brewing legend-yeast that's thousands (5191!) of generations old from our friends at JW Lees. We're thrilled to update these 2017 recipes and bring back a beer that's modern, bold, supremely hoppy, and about as proper Manc as it can be.
