A collaboration long in the developmental stage finally reaches its fruition. After having met and enjoyed eachothers beers at one of our first festivals back post-Covid in Hop City, we’ve since bumped into Latvian hop titans Arpus at various events and festivals since, each time floating the idea of a collaboration that has slowly nudged itself into our brew plans. Finally able to welcome Andris over to the brewery in October, there was only one style we would even consider when bringing two masters of pale and hoppy together; we’re going into TIPA town, baby. Moonlight Talons is an amplified, maxed out version of our universally popular Patternist; with a frankly insane 25g/l dry hop charge of the freshest possible crops of Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe, this beer is dripping with fresh cut citrus, stonefruit sweetness, and jelly tot candied fruits to the max.
