Funky Fluid is a gypsy brewery (made to measure) that's finally settling down. We're just waiting for them to finish the work at their place, and then we'll head straight to Poland for the return collab!
In the meantime, they came to Vendargues to brew Plasmid with us: a very fresh, fruity and tangy Berliner Weisse. We added mango for the smooth and thick side , raspberry for the acidity that smacks your tongue, and a touch of coconut because a little sweetness never hurts.
