It is made according to the German Purity Law from Bioland malt, hops from controlled organic cultivation, yeast and first-class brewing water. Pinkus Special is not treated with protein stabilizing agents.
After being stored for around three months at temperatures around 0 degrees, Pinkus Special becomes naturally clear and can be bottled unfiltered.
