Pinkus Jubilate is a dark, bottom-fermented full beer. Pinkus Jubilate is brewed from barley and fine Weizenbraumalz from controlled organic cultivation. The hops come from organically farmed hop gardens in the Hallertau and Tettnang near Lake Constance. After a careful brewing process, using premium brewing water Pinkus Jubilate matured during a long and cold storage time in the cellars of the brewery up in peace and a mild spicy beer.
