Pinkus Weizen is a refreshing beer treat. Strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law, Pinkus Hefe Weizen is made from 60% Bioland wheat malt and 40% Bioland barley malt, hops and first-class brewing water. It does not contain any protein stabilizing agents. Before bottling, unfermented beer wort is added to the wheat beer from Münster, which allows the beer to continue to ferment in the bottle. It is therefore advisable to always pour Pinkus Hefe Weizen well chilled and with some feeling. Much to the good!
