A rolling collaboration with our marvelous friends at Anello in Slaithwaite. We love their Neapolitan pizza and we designed this table beer to go with it.
We laid down a gently sweet yet crisp malty canvas and layered Saaz and Bramling Cross for a distinctly European beer fermented with British yeast and dry hopped with orangey hops. The dry hop changes seasonally between Ella (winter), Riwaka (Spring) and Galaxy (Summer).
