We've created an exceptionally seductive IPA by utilizing the Yakima Chief's 303 Hop Blend, which includes a dose of Sauvignon Blanc grape powder called Phantasm™, and a generous amount of New Zealand hops added during the cold side process.
Phantom pours an opaque burnished gold with a soft white head, releasing aromas of pineapple and a delightful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc gooseberry note.
On the palate, tropical notes of guava and mellow pink grapefruit subside into a beautifully sweet and tropical passionfruit and kiwi finish, with minimal bitterness and maximum body.
