One from the archives!
We first brewed this strawberry & pink peppercorn saison back in 2018.
Now it’s back with a couple of tweaks!
Firstly, we’ve replaced the original Belgian Saison yeast strain with a combination of Lactobacillus Brevis & a traditional French Saison strain. Secondly, we’ve used a strawberry puree as opposed to freeze dried.
The result is a tarter, more refreshing & juicier saison that’s perfect for Spring time!
Notes: Strawberry / Peppercorn / Moderate Acidity.
