Our collaboration with Saint Monday is a Hazy IPA featuring the NZ hop variety Nectaron, with notes of citrus, pineapple and passion fruit.
Saint Monday started in 2023, taking over the site of London Fields Brewery in East London, where they now operate a popular bar and brewery with branding inspired by heavy metal band artwork.
