Pear & Vanilla Sour 
Back by popular demand, this Serious Sour is as delicate as it is intense! A runaway hit last year this Modern Sour Beer went straight on the rebrew list. 
Our base sour beer was refermented with 300g/l of choice pears which give a crisp freshness overlapped by a juicy sweetness. A massive vanilla addition post-fermentation leaves a lingering, smoothly sweet taste which balances the tart acidity from our house mixed-culture.
