p(doom) – Coffee, Coconut, Maple Cream Stout

ABV: 10%
Style: Stout
Flavours: Coffee, Coconut, Maple, Cream

Our first ever Cream Stout, brewed in collaboration with the masters of the style, Adroit Theory.

Big, bold and unapologetically rich. Layers of roasted coffee lead the charge, backed up by smooth coconut sweetness and a deep hit of maple that rounds everything out with a soft, velvety finish. The body is full and luxurious, delivering that classic cream stout texture with a modern, dessert-driven edge.

Decadent without being cloying, intense but balanced. A slow sipper built for dark nights and heavy pours.

Allergens: Barley, Oats, Wheat, Lactose

PLEASE NOTE: THIS BEER IS NOT VEGAN

What is a milk stout?

A milk stout, also known as a sweet stout or cream stout, is a dark beer style brewed with lactose (milk sugar), which is unfermentable by yeast. This results in a naturally sweet, smooth and full-bodied stout with a creamy texture and lower bitterness than traditional stouts. Milk stouts are known for rich flavours of chocolate, roasted coffee, caramel and subtle toffee, often with a soft, velvety mouthfeel.

Popular among craft beer drinkers looking for a sweeter, dessert-style stout, milk stouts offer a balanced profile where the sweetness from lactose complements the roasted malt character. This makes them an approachable option for those new to dark beers, as well as a go-to choice for fans of indulgent, creamy stouts with a smooth finish.
