This is a large hazy one - a 7.4% DDH IPA.
We've hopped this with a blend of the New Zealand headline varieties of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, plus a selection of sweet citrus leading US varieties in the shape of Bru-1 and Ekuanot.
The result is a golden-coloured beer with flavours of white grape, citrus, orange and a touch of tropical fruits and lime in there too.
We banded together with Baron Brewing to produce this. Baron have only been around for less than two years, but have a growing reputation for producing some amazing single batch beers from lagers and pales up to DIPAs. They want beer to be fun and exciting, and we hope this release sits well with that ethos.
