The origins of Rocky Road are unclear, but its universally agreed to be a gorgeous treat, combining every childs favourite ingredients! This felt like a perfect match for our Pardus series of Imperial Stouts, so we worked on how to combine them. The end result is everything we hoped for this beer is luxurious with a silky, marshmallowy body that caresses the palate with a combination of rich chocolate, biscuity malt and raisin notes.
