Expect bright citrus and tropical fruit up front, flowing into white grape, gooseberry and subtle floral notes, with a gentle herbal edge adding depth and structure. Balanced bitterness and a smooth, full flavour profile tie everything together, creating a beer that feels cohesive, intentional and complete, much like its namesake.
