8% DIPA (v) Neon Raptor Collaboration
Brewing some of the most exciting craft beers in the UK at the moment, Neon Raptor are doing great things from their base in Nottingham and we couldn’t wait to brew a huge DIPA with them! For this beer, we have used some Chit Malt for the very first time, which creates a more luxurious mouthfeel and greater foam stability, providing the perfect foundations for the huge hop additions. Pandora’s Box overflows with a kaleidoscopic range of tropical fruit flavours, with highlights of lemon, lychee and mango throughout!
