A few weeks ago, for the national launch of @hoprevolution, we teamed up with our pals @agronetbrewing to bring the pacific to Barcelona.
We brewed an IPA with two giants of the NZ hop world: Nelson Sauvin & Motueka. Complemented by citra, the result is a complex but very drinkable IPA, with the lead aroma being classic Nelson notes of Sauvignon Blanc, passion fruit and gooseberry, intertwined with soft peach and lime juice. This is followed by some of the danker notes that Nelson has to offer, with a slight level of cattiness.
