Season 21|22 Blend No. 58 - Bottled 05/04/2020
This beer - while deemed a Platinum Blend while tasting it before its release - remained flat as it dozed in during further bottle conditioning. We are thus re-releasing this blend as an Oude Lambik. June 2026, this blend has a weighted average age of more than 81 months. This bottle is a blend of five different barrels and six different brews, of which the oldest dates from the spring of 2018. Half of the cereals used for the seven brews was sourced in Pajottenland, directly with local farmers. Half of those cereals were old landraces.
