We invited our good friends and legendary brewers Neon Raptor up to Greengates recently to play on the new brew kit!
When discussing the beer we would brew, our aim was to produce a a fruited sour that worked for the colder months. A beer that was balanced, with incredible body, an autumnal note, yet would leave you with no doubt that an unholy amount of fruit was used to deliver a flavour explosion in your glass, and boy have we succeeded!
Orchard & Ember is a fresh & lively, 5.4% sour, with ripe peach sweetness and a crisp, refreshing tartness.
Cinnamon threads through gently, adding warmth and depth without dominating.
Lightly effervescent, it dances on the tongue, revealing playful layers of fruit and spice.
