Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Koji Sour
This is the second version of our Koji Sour, fermented and matured with the unique microflora now established in our Chenin Blanc barrel. Brewed at Broaded & Build in December 2019. Aged for 7 months, Bottled June 2020
