4% HAZY PALE ALE
440ml CAN

A fruity, hazy, sessionable pale ale with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado. Beautiful rich citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes on a lightly sweet cracker-like base with a satisfying bitter finish.

  • Reduced bitterness - amplifying hop flavours.

  • Yeast change - probably the most effectual change you can make to a beer (see Chops at the tap) we switched the yeast from Verdant IPA which we’ve used for most of our pales over the last couple of years to London III which is an IPA favoured by IPA brewers!

These tweaks make the hops sing and the fruit flavours come forwards to create an altogether softer beer.
