In spite of trends shifting, and a favour toward more sessionable pint-smashing beers at the moment, we're still proponents of the big, daft DIPAs cooked up by our brewing heroes that sparked the inspiration for us to start a brewery in the first place five years ago. Taking cues from the Stateside East Coast juice slingers, we've upped the fluffiness to the max on this beer with a super-soft mouthfeel from a heavy lashing of oats in the grist bill. Our hop bill on this beer takes inspiration from a little closer to home with a trip along the M56 to Manchester, with the ante upped in every single way thanks to an insane 21g/l dry-hop of Mosaic bringing the sticky, sticky marmalade notes, before a final flourish of Sabro brings the high-juice Pina Colada vibes.
