We’ve not travelled far after our west coast adventures, heading further south down the pacific coast into Mexico. Nonetheless it was a warm journey so we’re quenching our thirst on the beach with this Session IPA, brewed with some maize in the grist for an extra clean mouthfeel and dry-hopped with a duo of Loral and Talus for refreshing notes of pink grapefruit, lime, lemon balm and floral notes on the finish.
