Lastly on our tour of Belgium, our take on Belgian lager. The grist is primarily European lager malt, but with just a sprinkling of speciality Belgian crystal malt for depth and sweetness. We hopped with noble Tettnanger at three different stages of the boil to build up a clean bitterness and a spicy, herbal hop character which leaves you refreshed and wanting more.
