INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted BARLEY (GLUTEN), Malted WHEAT (GLUTEN), OATS (GLUTEN), Hops, Yeast, Dextrose, Lime
We’ve teamed up with one of the leaders of the craft brewing movement in Belgium, Brussels Beer Project, to brew a modern take on a classic style, the wit. Over a predominantly wheat base, we hopped with Sabro and HBC472, bringing notes of pineapple and a distinct woody character. For yeast, we went for Saccharomyces ‘Brux’ Trois, a unique strain of Belgian origin, which brings a funky Brettlike character and distinct pineapple notes. Lastly, we conditioned over fresh lime zest.
