We teamed up with the highly-rated Uchu Brewing from Yamanashi, Japan to create a fruited lightly sour ale featuring the most popular fruits in Japanese culture. Over a base loaded with plenty of wheat and oats for mouthfeel plus a rounding dose of lactose, we added 200g/l of strawberry and plum plus Sakura cherry a smoothie-like beer with silky sweet cherry undertones.
