We added Idaho 7 to the whirlpool, to elevate tropical aromas of papaya, mango, and pink grapefruit, whilst the dry hop additions of all three turn those flavours up to 11 and add notes of lime, basil, red currant and soft cantaloupe melon. We added in a little lactose, to balance the flavours and bring that soft sweetness of Oat Cream to this beautiful IPA.
Refold has created the design for our second collab with Basqueland Brewing, taking elements of the Imperial Stout design that we brewed with them, all the way back in 2018. He used the wavy lines within the signature hexagon shape of Basqueland Brewing's logo to create this stunning design
