A beer style that harks back to the late eighteenth century in its creation,
Nothing to Explain holds a sense of old meeting new; the traditional mixed with a bright and sanguine freshness. Having been aged in Bourbon barrels to impart a smooth, spiced sweetness, the beer was then dry-hopped with Loral and Sabro to meld with some resinous notes and hints of freshness in the form of coconut and complex citrus. This beer is best served with a sense of wise optimism.
