Nothelfer Pils

A classic, mild Franconian Pilsner. Brilliantly fine and straw yellow, it arouses the interest of the guest. A firm, fine to medium-pored, white foam tempts you to get to know it for the first time. The nose smells of freshly mown grass and hay, but also of malt and grain. Lively and fresh in the mouth, the Pils finally reveals a light citrus aroma, framed by notes of malt, forest honey, hay and straw. A clear, long-lasting bitterness follows in the finish.

Food recommendation: salads, turkey and chicken dishes, cheese (cream cheese, Emmental, Camembert), pan-fried dishes.
