We do it different up here. We’re brewing at 110%... 100% of the time. We take 8.5% Double IPAs and we pump them 101.5% full of Enigma, Cryo Chinook, Mosaic and El Dorado. Then we brew again, whilst thinking about deep, metaphysical things. Like what? Don’t even worry about it.
