Northern Wild 005 is a 10% Blackcurrant & Apple Mead, made using nouveau-style wine yeast, Northern blossom honey, fresh apple juice and handpicked blackcurrants. The mead is a year in the making and is a collaboration with nectar experts Gosnells, based in London.
