North X Unity - Sour IPA + Plum + Blueberry 6% ABV 440ml Can

Made in collaboration with our friends at Unity Brewing Co, we’ve put together a fresh and bright Fruited Sour IPA. A simple grist made with oats and wheat creates a rounded and fluffy base that plays host to mounds of fruit and hops. Seasonal plum brings an initial cut of drying tartness and sour grape with blueberry following with its unmistakable quenching berries, sweet vanilla and tannic qualities. A balanced dose of Citra, Mosaic and Talus hops exchange with the fruits, enhancing their characteristics and finishing the beer with a smack of smooth coconut.
