Leith’s heritage as a prominent historical shipping port and gateway to Scandinavia inspired us to infuse this robust 10% impy stout with North Sea water and liquorice. A full-bodied leviathan with briny salinity bringing balance to the dark, roast malts and sweet liquorice.
First brewed as part of the Seasons project with Cromarty, Fallen & Tempest, this is a big rich milk stout, balanced with savoury licorice and actual salty North Sea water, foraged by Matt’s kids with buckets.
