From its early use as an experiment during the heady days of peak lockdown to today, that pyramid hopping technique has weaved its way in and out of our brew plans throughout the last three years. Explicitly designed to accentuate the boldest characteristics of each varietal in order of pungency, we’re bringing the pyramid back to the party here on No Slip. Leading the way with a big addition of Simcoe for juicy stonefruit sweetness, we’ve added gradually cascading charges of Idaho 7 and finally Sabro for a three way dance of intense tropical notes a-plenty. Expect to find super ripe apricot, pink grapefruit, coconut cream and just a whisper of pithy bitterness in this all out, amped up banger of a pale ale.
