As we’re a pretty rapidly growing team here at Polly’s, there’s becoming quite the spread of opinions on what everyone’s favourite hop variety is - we wanted to run the question through the brewery and utilise the answers we got back to form the basis of a beer; the result? No Revisions. A beer crafted solely from our responses across the team, we’ve lined up a five-hop slammer for what could be our most unintentionally perfect hop combination to date. A curious foundation of a hot side addition of Azacca brings a pleasant bitterness to the party before an all out assault of new school juice joins the dance, with a heavy lashing of Citra, followed by gradually cascading additions of Mosaic, Galaxy and finally Strata make up a dry-hop charge for the ages - expect bright, punchy citrus notes complimented with passionfruit, tangerines, blueberries, peach and apricot, before a final flourish of dank weed notes round off this incredible IPA.
