Utilizing our king of the sour beer to his fullest ability, Lally is fully at the wheel on Neo Paradise; featuring a fruit lineup that came about from a quip in the office about the best Monty Python line, we've brought 100kg of Elderberries and Gooseberries to the party on this beer. Letting the fruit do the talking, the result is a puckeringly tart sour, with just a hint of sweetness on the back end to keep everything in check, perfect for supping during the peak of summer time.
