Now that the peak of winter has been and gone, we're quietly yearning for the simplest of pleasures we know is not long in the post - a beer garden with a pint of smashable, sessionable beer, ideally after a long day of work, surrounded by good people. We've really been taken in by how punchy and bright the freshest crop of South Pacific hops that landed in the brewery this year, and having done so well as a single hop showcase last year, we thought why the hell not and knocked it back into our brew plans. Utilizing a 100%, you guessed it, Nelson Sauvin hop bill; we've taken a laid back approach with this beer; dropping 5kg in the whirlpool, and an easygoing 15kg dry-hop charge. The result is a pale ale purpose brewed for those long, hazy days of peak-summer.
