A full frontal, juicy IPA brewed with 50% wheat, generously dry hopped and fermented with two yeast strains. Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Nectaron hops build layers of citrus and tropical fruit with just a touch of dankness over a smooth, juicy base.
Co-pitching ‘Metschnikowia Reukaufii - a nectar specialist yeast which was isolated from wild flowers - alongside WHC Saturated adds complexity and intensifies the sweet, exotic flavours. Brewed alongside our pals and fellow Glasgow brewers Up Front Brewing.
