The best of both worlds. Red, malty, caramelly goodness, with a mega addition of Australian Enigma. We get red berries, black tea and big red grapefruit aromas from this lovely, very recognisable hop. Perfect for a red beer, and quite a different experience to the typical hazy IPAs.
