Yes! Indyman! No! Not this year. But... we still brewed a beer in honour of this fab occasion, absent friends, absent fun... We'll just have to make our own festivals at home this year!
This is a mixed fermentation hoppy pale ale, 6% abv. So expect a bit of Brettanomyces funky character, along with a whole host of fruity hop and yeast-derived aromas and flavours.
PLEASE STORE COLD, especially if you're saving it. Not on a window sill. Or in your sock drawer. A cellar is good. A garage probably works. But these are lively yeast cells.
