If we were to be asked what is the most upcoming and underrated arm of our brewery in this sleepy corner of North Wales, we’d make a strong argument that our fruited sour game is coming along at a rapid pace. For something we were so nervy about trying for the first time it required a whole new brewer to implement, to today where Lally’s influence has created one of the safest, most reliable parts of our output next to our pale and hoppy beers. Mistmode is yet another entry into our sour logbook, with a whopping half tonne of passionfruit and lime added to create a sour beer fully Polly’s. Expect a juicy sweetness backed up with a spritzy puckering sourness in this all out banger of a beer.
