When we develop recipes, we drop our biggest and craziest ideas into the ‘Silly Sour’ category. This beer was so huge it didn’t even fit in the suggestion box… An 11.5% Blueberry, Raspberry & Blackcurrant fruited Marshmallow Smoothie Sour. 
Rammed to the brim with a ridiculous quantity of mixed dark berries, tart and sweet in equal measure, then loaded up with vanilla and MARSHMALLOWS! A full and pillowy mouthfeel rounds out the high alcohol tag and makes for the smoothiest Modern Sour Beer we’ve ever made.
